It was formed by Keith and Deborah Gilleard in 2000 after successful careers in market research and marketing, with the intention of providing insightful, effective market research. They personally guide each research or survey project to ensure accuracy and quality and make sure that a high, personalized level of service is maintained by all company members.

Keith Gilleard has over thirty years of experience in marketing, public relations and market research, including founding and running the market research department of one of the top advertising agencies in the US.
Deborah Gilleard has over twenty years of experience in marketing, market research, marketing management and analysis.

Keith is from Yorkshire England, he came to the U.S. in the early eighties.
"After college my first job in marketing was as the editor of an in-house magazine of a large non-profit organization in the UK. This was also my first taste of surveying and I quickly found out how much response was increased by doing surveys. Shortly after I took a job in public relations and used research and surveys to fully understand the target public and to refine my messages for greatest impingement.
"In the eighties I moved to the U.S. and got my first taste of American marketing and advertising when I was hired to establish the market research department of a large ad agency. Interrelating with the ad agency staff was an enlightening and exciting

Deborah is from London England, she came to the U.S. in the mid eighties.
"I always liked to market, get big campaigns created and executed, and saw early on that good market research and surveys were essential to success.
"As well as general marketing and of course market research, I have a strong background in analysis and marketing administration and really know the ins and outs of what makes a campaign successful. This has always made it easier for me to create successful research strategies and questionnaires.
